looking weird

I'm talking about Ashlee Simpson with her new nose and lips (or maybe they're just bad pictures). Is she trying to pout? I thought they removed the bump she had on her nose but she still has it, looks like they just cut the tip off! Or is it Jessica? I am soooo confused!
